Now is the time to book your place at this year’s Family photo fundraiser with places available on:

  • Fri 19 Nov 4-7pm and
  • Sat 20 Nov 3pm to 7pm
  • Sunday 21 Nov 3pm to 7pm

Places will fill fast so if you want to get an A4 sized (10″ x 13″) professional family photo for only $20, then please book ASAP.
Sessions will be outside this year at the Lake Ginninderra Western Foreshore to adhere to COVID-19 guidelines.

Please click on your selected date in the calendar below to reserve a time for the photo fundraiser.

It will only take 30 minutes of your time (10 minutes to get ready and 20 minutes for the shoot) and will provide the cheapest professional family photo on the market today. The $20 will go towards our fundraising efforts and at the same time, if you choose, you will have the chance to purchase additional professional portraits at exceptionally good prices. However, there is absolutely no obligation to buy these.

We have been doing this fundraiser for a few years now as it is great value for families, and are lucky enough to have our great photographer Kieran back again. Please note there is only one booking per family (separated families are allowed two of course), however you are more than welcome to bring along grandparents, extended family etc. to also have additional photos taken during your booking.  

TO BOOK

It’s really easy to book, all you need to do is scroll to the month of November (in the calendar). Then click on 12, 19 or 20 November and select your preferred time – available times will be shown as white. Times shaded grey are already booked. You can then select your time slot by clicking on the time and completing the details on the form below. If your booking is successful the word Done will appear below your details on the screen and you will receive an email within 5-10 minutes confirming your booking. If you do not get a confirmation email, please do not book another spot, but email me at [email protected]  

Once you’ve made your booking, please pay your money using Qkr (under community council payments) or pay at the front office to secure your spot. Please note refunds are only available for cancellations made 7 days in advance.
